Congressional candidate Bill Federer endorsed by Ambassador Alan Keyes
February 10, 2004 Ambassador Alan Keyes ignited St. Louisans in an overflowing ballroom at Sunset Hills Country Club on February 5, 2004, endorsing congressional candidate Bill Federer. Introduced by Missouri Representative and Fighter Pilot, Colonel Jack Jackson, Ambassador Alan Keyes delivered an urgent message to the people of the 3rd Congressional District. He encouraged the audience to support and elect Bill Federer, a candidate who will protect our freedoms and liberties. "It is within the grasp of the people in this district to do something that will not just benefit the people of this state, that will not just send a voice to speak for the people of this district, but will send a heart, and a mind, prepared in faith and knowledge to do what this country requires in its time of greatest need; that voice, that heart, that mind, is Bill Federer. We desperately need him now," said Ambassador Alan Keyes In attendance supporting Bill were former Missouri State Senator, Irene Treppler, and former committeeman, Walter Treppler. Mrs. Carole Buck, wife of the late Jack Buck, was among the many honored guests that were present to endorse Bill Federer. In addition, the Ambassador supported the President's agenda in this time of war, and was passionate for the need to support the President's resistance of activist judges attempting to redefine marriage. To conclude his visit, Alan Keyes was the keynote speaker at a breakfast with over 100 clergy in attendance on February 6, 2005 at Windows off Washington. Ambassador Keyes called the clergy to action as leaders in their local communities. He emphasized the importance of defending the right of the unborn and gave a dynamic exposé on church and state issues; as well as supporting the President's efforts to increase jobs and bring tax relief to working families.
