Alan Keyes to speak Oct. 1 at Texas rally

Event will be held in Lufkin

September 29, 2003

On Wednesday, Oct. 1, Dr. Alan Keyes will address a "Restore the Commandments Rally" in Lufkin, Texas.

The event will be held at the Pitser Garrison Civic Center, 601. N. Second Street in Lufkin. It begins at 7 p.m. Central Time.

Dr. Keyes will discuss constitutional, moral, and religious issues surrounding the right of states and of the people to publicly acknowledge God.

Located about 160 miles southeast of Dallas, in the forested region of East Texas, Lufkin is a family-oriented community of 35,000.
